Health Fair 11 is a nonprofit organization (501(c)3) with a vision of creating healthier communities through collaborative outreach. We seek out businesses, professional groups, and nonprofit organizations to work together to improve the health of the people living in our communities.
Our mission is to provide health care education, materials for consumers, and free or low cost screenings to members of our community. We will help them re-engage with their healthcare journey so that we all may prosper.
